The Dahua NVR5864-EI NVR is a high-performance network video recorder built for sophisticated surveillance systems. It runs an embedded Linux operating system and has web and local GUI interfaces for ease of use. Face detection, face recognition, perimeter security, and SMD Plus are among the AI features included in the NVR’s recorder and camera. It supports up to 20 face databases with 20,000 photos and can assess gender, age group, glasses, emotions, face masks, and beard features. Secondary filtering is provided by SMD Plus technology for person and motor vehicle detection, reducing false alarms due to ambient influences. The Dahua NVR5864-EI NVR supports up to 8 ANPR channels for vehicle license plate comparison and includes block listing and allow listing features. The Dahua NVR provides wide surveillance coverage with 64 access channels and supports a variety of network bandwidths based on AI usage. It has a broad variety of resolutions and video output via two VGA and two HDMI connectors.
