Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased from Prox-eMax will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid, or mishandling any product will void the warranty. As a result, Prox-eMax will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Warranty:

All Products Sold With Manufacturer Warranty Only. Prox-eMax disclaims all different warranties, explicit or implied, as to the sort of product, such as and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fit.

RMA Claim:

The customer needs to provide proof of purchase (invoice, money receipt) to claim a warranty. Customers will pay return shipping charges for all warranty services. Prox-eMax reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prox-eMax cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have issues or concerns regarding compatibility
